Stone & Acre helps venues host family-friendly weddings by creating calm, beautifully styled spaces where children can gather, relax and play while remaining part of the celebration.

A beautifully styled lounge and activity space designed for little guests during the reception.

Ceremony Quiet Space
A Stone & Acre original concept — a  discreetly positioned seating area allowing parents with little ones to step out while remaining part of the ceremony, helping keep the moment calm and uninterrupted. 

Retreat
The Little Guests Retreat
A premium bell tent lounge offering a cosy space for children to unwind and rest during the celebration.

Together these elements create a thoughtful approach to including children in weddings while maintaining a calm and considered atmosphere for all guests.

 Stone & Acre installations are designed to integrate seamlessly into existing wedding timelines and venue environments.

Based in the Yass Valley, we provide installations across Yass Valley, Canberra and the surrounding region. 

Spaces are styled prior to guest arrival and remain in place throughout the celebration. Removal is handled by Stone & Acre following the event, ensuring minimal disruption to the venue and wedding schedule.

We coordinate directly with couples, planners and venues to ensure the installation complements the overall event design and layout.

 Our installations are designed to be flexible and adaptable to a range of venues and wedding styles.

Typical requirements include:

• A flat surface
• Approximately 3m × 4m for the Little Guests Gathering
• Additional lawn space for the bell tent retreat (if selected)
• Access for installation prior to guest arrival

Specific placement is always discussed in advance with the venue or planner.

 Stone & Acre provides styled environments for little guests but does not provide childcare supervision.

Children remain the responsibility of their parents or nominated carers throughout the event. Couples may choose to engage a nanny service separately if supervision is desired.

 We welcome collaboration with wedding planners, venues and family-focused vendors who share our belief that children should feel thoughtfully included within celebrations.
